About Me

 

Hey Y'all! My name is Brigitte, and I am the gal behind the scenes of the “travel girl”. I am a small town girl born and raised in Southampton County, VA. My passion for travel started at a very young age, when my parents took me to many different destinations each year. I am fortunate that I have experienced many different cultures and explored many countries throughout my life.​ ​I love everything about traveling from take off, to exploring cultures all over the world, breathtaking views, cuisine, discovering hidden gems and much more!!

If I am not planning a perfect trip, then you can find me in the Outer Banks soaking up sunshine in the summer, attending football games in the fall, skiing in the winter and more than likely enjoying my beloved hometown in the spring with my family!

I am here to help my customers find their passion in travel as I did. I treat every customer’s trip as if were my own. I look forward to working with each of my customer’s on a personal level. I cannot wait to help others plan dream vacations of their own.


 

My Travel Adventures

I love every type of travel from luxury vacations, cruises, weekend getaways; learning and experiencing cultures; taking thrill seeking excursions; and many more. My favorite thing about traveling is visiting a new and different destinations each time that I travel. Rarely will I go back to the same destination twice.

I have explored many destinations in the Caribbean, such as the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, Cayman Islands, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, Jamaica, Dominican Republic, St. Lucia, Antigua, Aruba and Barbados. I have visited most of the islands by staying at amazing resorts, but I have also visited some of these islands by sailing with fabulous cruise lines.

I have visited several destinations across the sea. I loved exploring all of Ireland, and loved stopping at many coffee shops for amazing Irish coffee. I even got to experience a nights stay in a beautiful castle (I felt like Royalty). I have also visited Venice and Florence, Italy. Let me tell you the Gelato’s are to die for. I enjoyed taking in all of Italy’s amazing architecture. I have climbed to the top of the Eiffel Tower in Pairs, France and also got to walk on the pebbly shores of Nice, France.

Not only have I explored tons of culture and beautiful destinations outside of the country, but I have also got to experience over 41 states in the United States. It is hard for me to name a few of my favorites in this breathtaking country. I have visited Alaska; Hawaii; stayed in fabulous cities on the West Coast; road tripped from the East Coast all the way to Yellowstone stopping at amazing destinations along the way; flew into the Grand Canyon by helicopter; listened to blues & cruised the bayou in Louisiana; and have explored each state from Maine down to Florida on the East Coast.
